2022 ATIS Annual General Meeting

NOTICE OF GM ON 18th March 2022

Following the successful Appointment of the Executive officer, and the rollout of the collaboration between the IT cluster in Uganda under the Alliance for Trade in Information Technology and
Services (ATIS) and its counterpart Cluj IT Cluster in Romania, Belgian /Uganda, we believe ATIS is now poised to transition to become a sustainable Alliance and credible point of reference for IT Sector in the region.

Agenda
An AGM is scheduled to discuss the following;
1. Introduction of Executive Officer
2. Performance report 2020/21
3. Specific opportunities for partnerships, including funding possibilities and commercial projects.

5. Discussions to generate expectations and areas of priorities from members
6. Workplan for 2022, activities for the quarter
7. Consider membership fees
